Mental Health

Mental health is one of the most challenging issues facing our culture today. One in five adults suffers from mental illness, yet only half who suffer will ever seek treatment. As a culture, and even in the church in general, we have placed a stigma on mental and emotional health. Too many people are afraid to speak up.

As a church, we are going to focus on the issues of mental health. We are going to point you to Jesus through topics that may be difficult to talk about. If you or someone you know suffers with mental or emotional health, we believe you will be encouraged through the resources on this page.

This is a very important issue for our church and for the entire community. We are praying for you and hope these resources are a help to you and the ones you love.

Time To Honor Each Other

From Series: "It's About Time"

“I’ll get around to it when the times right.” Have you ever said or thought those words? We tend to put off changes, decisions, and plans hoping that at some point in the future the circumstances will be perfect. Guess what…they most likely never will. Sure, there are somethings in life where timing is essential. But, we are not talking about those kinds of things in this series. We are covering topics where there is no better time than now to address them. Fear and Anxiety Race Taking a risk Pace of Life Marriage It’s about time…
