Mental Health

Mental health is one of the most challenging issues facing our culture today. One in five adults suffers from mental illness, yet only half who suffer will ever seek treatment. As a culture, and even in the church in general, we have placed a stigma on mental and emotional health. Too many people are afraid to speak up.

As a church, we are going to focus on the issues of mental health. We are going to point you to Jesus through topics that may be difficult to talk about. If you or someone you know suffers with mental or emotional health, we believe you will be encouraged through the resources on this page.

This is a very important issue for our church and for the entire community. We are praying for you and hope these resources are a help to you and the ones you love.

Beginning With the End In Mind

From Series: "An Unforgettable Christmas"

What is your favorite Christmas memory? Was it your first Christmas as a parent? Maybe it was getting that special gift as a kid; or perhaps it was the time you and your family went on a special trip for the holidays. Whatever it may be, these are the types of memories that make this season unforgettable. With so much uncertainty around every corner, this is a year many of us would like to forget. What if, instead of just trying to get through the end of this year, we paused and decided to create some positive memories, right now? This Christmas season, you are invited to join us either online or in-person for An Unforgettable Christmas!
