Mental Health
Mental health is one of the most challenging issues facing our culture today. One in five adults suffers from mental illness, yet only half who suffer will ever seek treatment. As a culture, and even in the church in general, we have placed a stigma on mental and emotional health. Too many people are afraid to speak up.
As a church, we are going to focus on the issues of mental health. We are going to point you to Jesus through topics that may be difficult to talk about. If you or someone you know suffers with mental or emotional health, we believe you will be encouraged through the resources on this page.
This is a very important issue for our church and for the entire community. We are praying for you and hope these resources are a help to you and the ones you love.

Christmas at Palm Valley Church is one of our favorite times of the year. One of the things we love about it, is how diverse our church body is. There are so many different traditions from so many different cultures and backgrounds that are represented in our church body. No two people celebrate Christmas the same way…and that is awesome! After a year like 2020, we want to take a moment during the busyness and remember what Christmas is all about. We know you will be encouraged and uplifted by the service, you will probably even laugh a little! A lot has been canceled this year, but making memories has not!
