Mental Health
Mental health is one of the most challenging issues facing our culture today. One in five adults suffers from mental illness, yet only half who suffer will ever seek treatment. As a culture, and even in the church in general, we have placed a stigma on mental and emotional health. Too many people are afraid to speak up.
As a church, we are going to focus on the issues of mental health. We are going to point you to Jesus through topics that may be difficult to talk about. If you or someone you know suffers with mental or emotional health, we believe you will be encouraged through the resources on this page.
This is a very important issue for our church and for the entire community. We are praying for you and hope these resources are a help to you and the ones you love.

The Holy Spirit wants to guide us, in all areas of life, to produce the life and fruit God intends for us. But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! Galatians 5:22-23 The only question is will you allow the Holy Spirit to be active in your life?
