Mental Health

Mental health is one of the most challenging issues facing our culture today. One in five adults suffers from mental illness, yet only half who suffer will ever seek treatment. As a culture, and even in the church in general, we have placed a stigma on mental and emotional health. Too many people are afraid to speak up.

As a church, we are going to focus on the issues of mental health. We are going to point you to Jesus through topics that may be difficult to talk about. If you or someone you know suffers with mental or emotional health, we believe you will be encouraged through the resources on this page.

This is a very important issue for our church and for the entire community. We are praying for you and hope these resources are a help to you and the ones you love.

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait

From Series: "Easier Said Than Done"

We've all head the phrases from time to time, things like "Practice what you preach" or "It'll all work out in the end." While these things sound nice to hear, they can be frustrating to deal with when wrestling with the realities of our daily lives. Join us as we go week-by-week to address some of these common sayings and learn how to think about them Biblically.
